How does it work?  KeeeX injects trusted metadata into your files without changing the format and readability of your documents and data. They are timestamped in real time and their unique hash is anchored by default on a blockchain to prove the existence of the file on a given date.

What is the use of electronic signature? Electronic signature is the digital parallel of the handwritten signature: it guarantees the integrity of the information and the identity of the signer(s). It is used to sign contracts, NDA, quotations or to collect proof of consent (RGPD, clinical studies). KeeeX is a digital signature solution 100% compliant with the European eIDAS regulation on simple signature. Our process is also an excellent complement to the electronic signature. By keeexing a file, we allow the user to verify its non-modification before signing and we extend its technological validity while guaranteeing its integrity whatever the storage or archiving mode.

How does it work? KeeeX embedded protection can be applied before, during or after the electronic signature, either manually or automatically. Each signatory is clearly identified and cannot deny having approved the document (this is called non-repudiation). How does it work? KeeeX provides a framework called KeeeX Stories allowing the recording of evidence while offering the possibility for an entity to keep its data private. It is thus possible to record for a given reference (number of an object, a reference, a lot, registration) the history of different events, documents or information. A “story” can be completed and consulted by a single entity (private mode) or by several actors (collaborative mode).
